The Autoflame Micro Modulation control provides an easily programmable means of optimizing combustion quality throughout the operating range of the burner. Absolute quality of control is maintained by the system, which controls up to eight positioning motors in a non-linear, infinitely repeatable relationship to each other. The maximum deviation between positioning elements at any point in the operating range is 0.1 degrees.

The control protocol guarantees on ratio near stoichiometric air fuel mixing throughout the fuel input range of the burner. By removing all of the inherent hysterisis that is present in traditional mechanical systems that utilize cams and linkage, combustion quality and fuel efficiency is greatly improved.

Full loop control can be achieved with the addition of the optional EGA (Exhaust Gas Analyzer), allowing the controller to monitor and trim the burner air/fuel ratio based on O2, CO2 and CO emissions.
